ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All items at Jolina Design Shop are custom-made and personalized. After you place your order, we will send you a digital proof for your approval. Orders are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days after you approve your proof. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking number. If your package appears lost or there is an issue with delivery, contact us at jolinadesignsc@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
